When managing a Division or Department there are several management principals that an administrator follows as a guideline to a successful school year. Two major ones are directly related to district dollars. They are labor time and control of that time. Are labor time and control giving district students safe and quality service?

Management TimeTrak is a timekeeping (time clock) system designed for school transportation. MTT can print a receipt each time a driver checks out with daily total, MTD and YTD time. Since no two-payroll systems are exactly the same, Data Control will customize payroll sheets to incorporate union pay rules and benefit calculations at no extra cost. Through daily exception reports management can pinpoint problems to make immediate decisions.

Labor time: Are the employees doing what the district is requiring of them in timely manner? Our system is designed to keep the District Administrator or manager on top of the employee’s daily assignments through our Exception Report system.

Control: Our system gives administrators and managers direct control, if the employee is off their schedule they will be notified immediately.

When you can manage the above two basic principals, than you are managing the budget and quality of service under safe conditions for the students and the district community.

MTT is designed to run 7 days a week 24 hours a day so that employees can check-in/out at any time.
